Steve Deal serves as Executive Vice President of Carrier Strategy at Accretive. Everyone who knows Steve, knows that he places relationships above everything else. He has spent the past 40 years identifying complex insurance problems and connecting with the people who can solve them. Steve brings a deep understanding of carrier markets and a passion for helping people to his role at Accretive.
Steve attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, and from there he went on to form Hilb Rogal & Hobbs (HRH) which grew into one of the largest publicly traded brokers in the U.S. He joined AssuredPartners in 2013 and was instrumental in developing relationships with carrier partners. He looks to continue to be a trusted resource for carriers and broker partners at Accretive.
